Founded by Dr Hannah Tribe MBBS BSc(Hons) DipBSoM, Mindfully Hannah aims to provide wellbeing resources specifically designed using a unique combination of her professional experience as a Doctor, her personal experience of burnout, and her qualification as a Meditation Teacher. Here you can find out more about Hannah's story, learn more about meditation and mindfulness as a mental wellbeing tool, and find out about the courses and classes we offer.
