What does Mindfully Hannah offer?

This space is for you.
I created Mindfully Hannah to make meditation and mindfulness for women feel accessible, supportive, and truly relevant to your life. Too often meditation is portrayed as a practice which feels too ‘woo-woo’ for many, and therefore becomes an abstract concept that just isn’t relatable and then becomes off-putting.
But what if I told you, you don’t have to spend hours of your day in silence to be able to feel the benefits of a meditation practice? That you don’t need to convert to Buddhism, wear flowing robes (or lycra), or buy crystals to achieve a sense of inner calm amidst the chaos of life?
Through this website, my social media pages and my courses, classes and workshops, I aim to bring meditation and mindfulness to you in a way that makes you think ‘I can do that’ — giving you confidence in your own ability to manage your thoughts and emotions, and ultimately empowering you to take control of your own wellbeing.

Classes
Why not join a drop-in class to experience guided meditation and learn a little about the practice? Each class is a one-off so it doesn’t matter if you’ve never joined before or attend every session, each is a standalone class.
Courses
For a more in-depth dive into meditation and mindfulness, a course that can be taken over a period of time may be the right fit for you. My first course ‘Basics of Meditation’, a self-guided online course, is out now, with more currently in development, including in-person courses.
Workshops
Find out about upcoming themed workshops either solely by Mindfully Hannah, or in collaboration with other professionals or charities.
1:1 Coaching
For a more personalised approach, I can offer you 1:1 meditation and mindfulness coaching tailoured to your current situation, level of experience and desired outcome. This could be as a one-off session, a course or on a continuing basis.
